Fellow is purposefully built on subscriptions and flat fees to align incentives with our clients, providing exceptional value while keeping down the cost. How do we do it? We focus on automation, exploring the newest solutions, and making sure our services are always as efficient as possible.

While some of our team members have legal background (and license to practice law) in foreign countries, too, we focus on providing the best service for those founders and funders who want to expand to the United States, in particular to the San Francisco Bay Area. We have amazing partners who can help with your foreign issues. We will gladly coordinate and remain your sole legal contact.

Subscriptions are monthly. Most of our clients come to us when they need a lot of work. By having our subscription prices as low as they are, we are often working at a loss in the first few months. While, as a law firm, we cannot lock you into an annual subscription, we kindly ask our clients to commit to no fewer than 6 months with us at the same or higher subscription package. That allows us to better understand your business, provide tremendous value, and build a long-lasting win-win partnership.
